Ceramics for Teens (ages 14-17)
Ages 14-17
All levels will learn the basics of both hand building and wheel throwing with projects adjusted to your interests and skill level. Using earthenware clays, gain a working knowledge of techniques such as press molding, slab and coil construction, and throwing cylinder and bowl forms.
*We email all parents when work is ready for pickup. Once parents are notified, we hold onto work for 2 weeks due to limited space in our kiln yard.

All supplies provided! Bring a healthy snack for break time. Dress for mess. No early drop-off or late pick-up. Children are under parental supervision and responsibility on the Museum’s grounds before, between, and after classes. Please make sure you have signed into your account and completed any outstanding waivers or forms.
