Explore the fundamentals of relief printing through traditional printmaking techniques while printing on unusual substrates like found images, cyanotype prints, rice paper, and more! Remix your prints by collaging them together to create one-of-a-kind, unique multiples. Experiment with chine-collé, a technique where different papers are glued together during the printing process, to introduce background colors and patterns to your prints. Come ready to carve an image into a linoleum block and create a unique edition of prints by incorporating pops of color and fun patterns into each image. No printmaking experience is necessary.
