Intermediate Woodworking: Guided Open Studio with Mini Workshops

Adults

This course offers those with beginner to intermediate woodworking skills a flexible, open studio format to work on independent projects in consultation with a master craftsman. (For those without experience, consider Fine Woodworking Basics.) The instructor will offer consultation throughout the course as well as share four dialogue-driven workshops on adhesives, sanding, freehand routing techniques, and wood finishing. The supply fee will provide each student with approximately 12 board feet of rustic cherry or walnut for a chosen project; the project can be decided upon after the course has begun.
