Journey through Art History: Prehistory through the 19th century

Adults

Students will explore significant artworks from cultures around the world, beginning with prehistoric art and continuing through the major eras up to the 19th century. Along the way, they will become better acquainted with familiar images and discover new art objects through looking, learning, discussion, and creative activities. No prior experience or previous coursework is required—just curiosity and an interest in art and history!
