Monotype Printing with a Press

Adults

Students will create monotype paintings on plates using drawing and painting techniques with tools that range from paintbrushes and brayers to cotton balls and cut-out stencils. On the second day, we will also create monotypes using watercolor and collage elements. We will collaborate with the press to transfer these different types of paintings to paper.
