Painterly Printmaking

Adults

Bring a little unknown into your work. Students will create monotype paintings on printmaking plates using drawing and painting techniques with tools that range from paintbrushes and brayers to cotton balls and cut-out stencils. Then we will work in collaboration with the printmaking press to transfer these paintings to paper. The results may surprise you.
