Making art with our words & making art from other peoples’ word: This weekend workshop is all about the word and the image. This is a chance to learn through play. Explore several ways to use text as an artistic tool: blackout poetry, handwritten text in an art piece, and selected text as an artistic element. You don’t need to be an experienced writer; an appreciation for how one makes creative use of language will do!
