About the Instructor

Kelly Bach studied yoga under Yoga Yoga and Practice Yoga and has taught over 1,500 hours of yoga in Austin, Texas. She offers a wide range of classes such as vinyasa, yin, Hatha, strength, cycle, and self-myofascial release. Kelly loves to teach a well-balanced class that is body positive and tailored to be fun and accessible to all. She seamlessly intertwines mindful movement, yogic and tantric philosophy, anatomy, breathwork, and meditation to create a holistically nourishing experience.
