Public Celebration from 12–2P, Open Hours 10A–4P
Join us to celebrate new projects on view at the Betty and Edward Marcus Sculpture Park at Laguna Gloria by artists Terry Allen, Teresa Hubbard / Alexander Birchler, Monika Sosnowska, and SUPERFLEX.
With the help of our friends at Breakaway Records, we’ll be spinning and selling reissues of Terry Allen’s albums Juarez and Lubbock (on everything).
Plus, Curra’s Grill will be on-site serving up complimentary tamales for all, agua fresca, and their original avocado margaritas. They will also be taking advance orders for holiday tamales—place your orders at the event!
Admission is FREE all day at both Laguna Gloria and the Jones Center on December 17.
Come see new works on our grounds, then visit the exhibition Monika Sosnowska: Habitat at the newly opened and renovated Jones Center!
