Eileen Gray’s uncompromising vision defined and defied the practice of modernism in design, decoration, and architecture. Making a reputation with her lacquer work, she became a sought-after designer, then reinvented herself as an architect—a field in which she labored largely in obscurity.

Gray’s pioneering work is being rediscovered today, and her legacy remains elusive and compelling. Watch the trailer below.

Wendy Dunnam Tita, Design Architect/Page Principal, is the Austin, Texas Interior Architecture Director and leads the Studio focused on interior architecture and design for a wide variety of project types.
