Second Saturdays are for Families: Colorful PerSPECKtives

When we visit a museum, we often think about what the world is like through the eyes of the artist.

This month, we are taking a close look at Liam Gillick’s Raised Laguna Discussion Platform (Job #1073) and experimenting with how the world looks through all the colors Gillick uses in his sculpture.

We are creating wearable masks made from transparent and translucent materials to experiment with how colors blend when stacked and how that shifts the way we see the world around us.

While you are here, visit the scientist with Mad Science who will be teaching us all about color and light. Join us!
