Teachers spend one week in the studio experimenting with both two-dimensional and three-dimensional processes. Expand upon your studio knowledge with workshops from professional artists and lively discussions with fellow educators.
Earn CPE credit, receive curriculum enrichment guides, and discuss ways to integrate contemporary art and artists into your teaching setting.
Each day's workshop will take place from 9:30A–1P. Mornings are required, with an optional open studio during the afternoon.

This studio-based teacher workshop includes:
Discussions and discoveries about how to integrate contemporary art into your teaching setting
Explorations of the Betty and Edward Marcus Sculpture Park and how to tap into concepts appropriate for your age group
Studio-focused experiences (you will be MAKING many different projects!) with the goal of trying new processes and teasing out how to scaffold these for your classroom
Interdisciplinary discussions and lesson planning related to the creative process, works on view, and current events
