Presented by Shuniya Yoga Collective
Immerse yourself in mindful movement, meditation, culture, and community every 1st and 3rd Friday morning of the month (from 9:15am-10:15am) during Yoga at Laguna Gloria with Shuniya Yoga Collective!
A community collective sharing meditative yogic practices (including Kundalini, Slow Flow, Vinyasa, Qi Gong), Shuniya seeks to bridge the gap between a physical yoga practice and a stiller meditative state. As each and every yoga class is different, visit Shuniya’s website for specific details about this session’s focus and instructor – and to register!
Classes cost $20 for the general public, $15 for members of The Contemporary Austin (discount code will be included in your June 1 Members newsletter), and are free for members of Shuniya Yoga Collective. Attendees will have the opportunity to purchase a New Student Special with Shuniya Yoga Collective for 50% off at the event. Everyone is welcome and all classes are beginner friendly.
Your class registration includes free admission to enjoy the grounds of Laguna Gloria after class and a 15% discount on food and drink from Spread & Co. at their walk-up restaurant on-site! Invite friends and create a new way to connect in nature or meet someone new!
Classes will be held outside – either on the Four Seasons lawn or in the amphitheater, weather permitting, so please wear a hat, sunscreen and dress in layers. Look for Shuniya’s welcome table when you enter the grounds to check-in for your class. Please bring your water bottle and yoga mat. Shuniya will have a few mats to borrow for those new to the practice.
In the event of rain, the class will be relocated to Shuniya Yoga Collective’s nearby studio (1708 Houston Street). An email will be sent to all registrants with revised details when and if necessary.
This class has limited spots, so sign up early!
