Ages 6–8

Venture into real and imaginary worlds with the stroke of a marker, the rub of charcoal, and the glide of pastels while learning basic design and drawing skills. Identify and apply different artistic styles and expand your skills as you draw self-portraits, nature, and still life.

All supplies provided! Bring a healthy snack for break time. Dress for mess.

Our supervised lunch program meets weekly, (M-F) from 12-1P (between AM and PM classes) and allows parents to register children in morning and afternoon classes without requiring parent/guardian supervision between sessions. This also provides convenience for parents who want to pick up their students late from a morning class or drop them off early for an afternoon session. Supervised lunch will take place outdoors, in a shaded area. Please provide your own lunch. Opt into this by selecting the "supervised lunch" add-on when registering for a class.

Children ages 4-17 must be under adult supervision on the Museum’s grounds before, between, and after classes. Waivers are available for kids ages 12+ to leave class without supervision.
