NEW! Immerse yourself in the world of watercolor, ink, and gouache in this exploration-based class. Discover fundamental watercolor techniques including washes, wet-on-wet, wet-on-dry, glazing, layering, and precise detailing and linework with micron ink pens. Delve into the vibrant and opaque realm of gouache painting, exploring its unique properties and its relationship with watercolor. Through a series of guided exercises, you will develop a solid foundation in painting and drawing, cultivating your skills and techniques. By the end of the course, you will have a small portfolio showcasing your completed paintings in watercolor, ink, and gouache.
