Introduction to Relief Printmaking

Adults

Explore relief printmaking (carving into a surface) using linoleum to create dynamic relief prints with non-toxic inks. Learn how to prepare different blocks, draw, carve, and print. This class will also examine the history of relief printmaking with an emphasis on contemporary art and examples from the instructor’s personal print collection.
