Mixed Media Watercolor

Adults

Learn basic watercolor painting skills, such as color-mixing, brush techniques, masking, value, washes, dry brush, resist, etc. Learn to prepare your watercolor paper, create a deckled edge, layer colors, and paint original compositions. Discover how to incorporate mixed media techniques into your watercolor creations. Class time will alternate between instructor demonstrations and hands-on time so that you can practice your new skills in an art studio setting. All skill levels are welcome.
