Painting with the White of your Paper

Adults

One of the unique qualities of watercolor is its ability to create brilliant whites by preserving the paper itself. Through shading and careful observation, we'll learn how to suggest form and light without relying on white paint. Students will explore a range of subjects, including figures wearing white clothing, to develop these essential watercolor techniques.
