Saturday Sampler: Abstract Graphite Drawing

Adults

In this sampler students will explore a variety approaches to creating abstract drawings using graphite. Topics and materials that will be explored include powdered graphite, abstracting from observation, reductive techniques, expressive line work, basic graphite pencil use and more.

Our Saturday Sampler classes take place every Saturday from 1-4pm, and each explore a different art medium. These classes are geared towards beginners, though all levels are welcome. This is the perfect opportunity to try something new and get familiar with our wonderful teachers, without investing in a more in-depth class.
