Members Studio Visit

Join us for an intimate studio visit with Laura Lit, ahead of her first solo museum exhibition. This is a special opportunity for Advocate Members and above.

Go inside Lit’s studio for a behind-the-scenes look at her creative process as she prepares for HOST: Laura Lit, opening April 23, 2026 at Laguna Gloria. The artist is currently developing new outdoor sculpture commissions for the exhibition, marking both her first outdoor installation and the museum’s first HOST exhibition to unfold outdoors.

Following its debut at Laguna Gloria, Lit’s work will expand with an additional presentation of HOST at the Jones Center opening September 18, 2026, offering Members a longer arc of engagement with the project across sites.

This exclusive off-site visit provides early insight into works in progress and the ideas shaping the exhibition. Enjoy light refreshments and conversation with the artist alongside Julie Le, Assistant Curator, and Rachel Eboh, Curatorial Assistant, who will share perspectives on the curatorial vision and exhibition development.
