Beba. 2021. Documentary. Written, produced, and directed by Rebeca Huntt.
We are excited to invite you to an outdoor evening screening of Beba, a stunning self-portrait written, directed, and produced by Rebeca Huntt, an Afro-Latina filmmaker born and raised in New York City. In this autobiographical documentary, tough, raw, stubborn, and powerful “Beba” explores the challenges of achieving her creative aspirations while staring down the multi-generational traumas of her ancestry, probing the psychic wounds she has inherited, while simultaneously embracing the vastness of her multitudes.
