Since we can’t welcome you to the museum for our monthly Second Saturdays Are for Families program, we invite you to create at home with us!
Learn about the leafy residents of Laguna Gloria – both natural and artist-made. Embark on a virtual tree ID adventure with TreeFolks and museum staff, then create your own colorful art project using plants and flowers from your own backyard!
Keep your eyes peeled on Saturday, October 10 on our Facebook and Instagram for links to participate in this month’s program! You can also access the virtual tree tour and a video guide for the art-making activity on this date at thecontemporaryaustin.org/digital/create.
In the meantime, let the search for your materials begin!
